What QA process do Image Laptop devices go through?
Every unit logs inward stock, inspection, repairs, QA, grading, battery report and readiness for listing. Managers review and approve before publishing.
Do you ship across Malaysia and offer COD?
Yes. We ship nationwide via insured courier. COD is available for selected Klang Valley postcodes and can be toggled in the admin shipping settings.
Which payment gateways are supported?
The payment adapter supports FPX, cards and e-wallet flows via Billplz, senangPay or iPay88 integrations. We bundle a mock provider for local testing.
