Laptops include minimum 6 months warranty with optional upgrades to 24 months. Accessories include 3 months.
Coverage
- Hardware defects and functional failures.
- Battery health dropping below 70% within coverage period.
- Warranty claims logged via customer dashboard and manager workflow.
Exclusions
- Accidental damage or liquid damage.
- Unauthorised repairs or software tampering.
